How to make a mechanically balanced robot – Part 1 ( Mechanical)

It is a simple design of a mechanically self-balanced robot.
This simple structure helps to keep it always straight. But if obstacle comes on its way then it can turn the load, thus store extra static energy and move forward with force and cross the obstacle.
To make it you need
1.Two 150RPM DC Geared Motors.
2. Four CDs.
3. PVC sheet. ( Electrical wire case)
4. One 4 x AA battery holder.
5. Acrylic sheet 11cm x 3.5mm ( T = 2mm)
Step by step process of making it is shown in the video.
This is part -1. In next part we will make it Arduino controlled.
