Here is how you can make a small toy hovercraft. It is just a toy and does not fully follow hovercraft principle. It does not really hover on water by pushing air downs between the boat and water. But it uses a propeller to push it forward. It can run on ground as well as on water. There is no motor driven wheel. There is only one propeller which provide power to move. The craft moves opposite direction to the air blown by the propeller. In real hovercraft there is no wheel, but here we put 3 wheel for easy movement on ground. Again it is just a toy. So please dont compare it with real hovercraft :)
