Its origin is from Germany. used by ancient craftsmen ,but, like most electric ones, it was abandoned on the flea market ,the trader did not negotiate 1 cent, below the 10 euros he asked for . It was rusty, ragged handles .I managed to recondition it a little harder, due to the covid pandemic 19 ,and I had to improvise , and I had to improvise because I couldn't get the materials I needed .
